The Palaco Grande Neighborhood in Cape Coral is based on the road Palaco Grande Parkway that runs East to West and includes the section of that road to the East of Del Prado Blvd and then over to the Caloosahatchee River. This neighborhood is located in Unit 12 and is one of the 6, well established neighborhoods that make up the desirable “Gold Coast” section of Cape Coral. Palaco Grande is typically well maintained and offers exceptional waterfront real estate with many larger canals including 5 canals at over 175 feet wide creating incredible nautical views and premium priced real estate homes. Since Palaco Grande is all “Direct Access”, it is a great choice for those who have sailboats and want wider canals with no overhead bridges, but do not want to spend the extra money to be in the locations South of Cape Coral Pkwy. There are no HOA communities or condo buildings available in this neighborhood, all homes are considered “Single Family Homes”.
Like the Cornwallis above it and Savona below neighborhoods, Palaco Grande is very conveniently located to shops and restaurants both downtown and along Del Prado Blvd. It also provides very fast access to Fort Myers via the Cape Coral Bridge just 2 miles away.
