Easily exit the Community Center or take the esplanade to the million-dollar Caribbean-style pool set in lush palms and tropical vegetation with two tiki huts and tons of chairs situated throughout the pool area for your leisure.  Kids can enjoy the Splish-Splash Water Playground and the winding-chute waterslide through a rain forest ending with a refreshing splash into the pool.  You may even want to bring your own picnic lunch or dinner, or cook your meal on one of the grills just outside the pool gate, under the shade trees. From time to time, you may even find a food truck poolside!  The pool opens every day at 8am and has a varying close time in the evening between 5:30pm and 8:00pm depending on the time of year. 

KIDS PLAYGROUND - "COCONUT GROVE SWINGS AND THINGS"

The Sandoval playground is well maintained and unique as it was designed by children of Sandoval!  The kids had offered suggestions of what they liked to do on a playground, and it was built with them in mind with swings, slides, monkey bars and more! The children will enjoy hours of fun!

 

FITNESS CENTER IN CLUB SANDOVAL

The Fitness Center is equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, medicine balls, lockers and various machines aimed to target specific muscle groups. With a wide-variety of exercise tools to choose from, you are sure to have all you need to develop the perfect workout routine.  Hours of Operation: 5:00am - 10:00am, 7 days per week.

 

TENNIS COURTS

There are 4 hard-surface Tennis Courts in Sandoval located across from the Community Center. Not only can you play tennis during the daylight hours, but the bright night lighting on the courts will have you out playing a few games in the evening as well. Resident instructor tennis classes are available for both children and adults.

 

SANDOVAL ESPLANADE WALKING PATH

Walk, jog or rollerblade with friends and neighbors along the two mile-long path winding through the community. The Esplanade meanders along Sandoval' main boulevard. It offers an 8-foot walking path, along with trees and landscaping connecting the community's neighborhoods with the Amenity Center and the Shops at Surfside.  The pathway has designated areas with benches to sit back, relax and enjoy the view. It is also a designated area for the children to get picked up and get dropped off by the Lee County School Transportation System.
